They were fine, for a while. But sometime in October or November, 2018, they decided to stop picking up my trash on time, then not at all. Customer service is non-existent, literally. They've abandon me, took my money, and have apparently sloughed me off (sold my account?) to American Disposal Services... who are impossible to get a hold of (even though they've already sent me a next-3-months invoice). Despicable business practices. No excuse for their treatment, especially since I was more than cooperative and ice\ throughout all my attempts to get some service and some answers. Shame on you \Joanne\.

So far, so good. The lady who started the service for me was friendly and thorough. The first pickup was fine. I'm hopeful I got a good one. It seems most of the services here have poor reviews.

Couldn't be more thrilled with Champion! We switched over from Republic Services who were awful! Every year our service increased more and more each year with Republic. They would constantly leave our garbage. We went nearly 3 weeks without service! No one ever called to let us know. Left messages with several managers, nothing. We finally canceled and started looking for another trash company. Called a company called Bate's, no one answers the phone! No calls backs nothing. I called Champion after being referred by a neighbor who uses their Saturday garbage service. My neighbor had been with Champion almost 10 years and said his service price has never increase! I called and spoke with someone in Sales. The service I received over the phone was absolutely exceptional! I didn't have to leave a 100 messages for someone to call me back. All of my questions were answered and they service all of NOVA. Most companies charged people who live in McLean much higher than everyone else. Champion charges the same price no matter where you live. Their prices are very competitive with no contracts and no extra fees. They've never not collected my trash and the workers are very polite. They even clean up trash in our community thats been left from other companies. Thank you Champion! You guys are awesome. More people should support local businesses like you all

Hey, how about answering one of the dozen messages we left asking you to pick up the bins at our house that are no longer needed. Worst, most ridiculously unresponsive company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Truly unbelievably, bad.
